Your Choice Step Coaching
You may find that you are perfectly comfortable at one of the transition stages (either the sugar and grain elimination or the low carb approach). My goal is to move you into your "senior citizen" years healthy and happy and not racked with feelings of giving up. Any step in the right direction is a step in the right direction!

Are you ready?
First choose your step
If you want to work on individual steps but not the full program, you may sign up for any step with a three-week commitment. These three weeks can be three weeks in a row or every other week for six weeks. You may also sign up for the monthly (four-week) coaching packages through Keto coaching.
1. Sugar and baked goods elimination
Very often this is all that people are looking for to get the sugar demon off their backs!
2: Grain and Legume elimination
I suggest that if you do this step, you also work on Step 1, even if it is work done on your own. You will have more success cutting cravings and getting to the purpose of this step: eliminating sources of gut inflammation.
3: Low Carb eating
This can be done independently of Steps 1 and 2, but if your ultimate goal is to get to full Keto, I suggest you do not skip it, as it will get you educated in carb quality and amounts.
4: Moderate protein and cut out all fruit except for berries
This is an essential step to going full Keto and is not independent of the goals of Steps 1 and 2.
5: Eat high fat and eliminate starchy vegetables
This is the final step before you transition fully into Keto and is not independent of the goals of Steps 1, 2 and 4.
If you have gone through all the steps, you are ready for this. If you have worked through Steps 4 and 5 with me, I suggest that you sign up for this to make sure you are fully doing Keto correctly in a way that works for you. Of course, at this point you may sign up for the monthly Keto coaching.
Then choose your coaching option
After purchasing a package, you'll see a Thank You page. From there, if you are a new client, you will be directed to the New Client form. Include your top three choices for meeting times if applicable.
Start with any step. I can help you decide the starting point that matches your goal.
$150 for each set of three sessions; additional sessions must be prepaid.
Friends and Family Discount
Receive a discount when you bring at least one friend or family member with you to an existing group or bring two people with you to start a group. If one person does not come for the meeting, that meeting will still be held, unless you have made arrangements with me – as your own private group – to reschedule.
$75 per person for each set of three sessions; additional sessions must be prepaid.
Arranged as needed. Sessions will start when there are at least three people. There are no refunds for missed meetings but if there is another group going that week you are welcome to join. There is a further group discount when you bring your own friends and family into the group (minimum one other besides yourself).
$106 for each set of three sessions; additional sessions must be prepaid.
If you are registered for one-step-at-a-time coaching (paid in full for three weeks), the full set of materials will be delivered digitally to you as part of the program. Hard-copy materials can be mailed to you for an additional $10 charge that includes printing and priority mail.
About Email and Group Communication
At this time I do not offer email coaching as a separate item, but if you sign up for individual or group coaching, it does include up to three emails a week if you have questions that might come up. HOWEVER, I strongly urge you to ask your questions in the Facebook group because if you have the question, I can guarantee that other people have the question and also, you might get recommendations and suggestions that would definitely complement anything I tell you.
